Refunds Policy

• Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted via email on support@edstate.com within 7 days of purchasing the course. We believe this period allows enough time to assess the content and its relevance to your goals.
• Course Completion Rate: To qualify for a refund, you must not have completed more than 25-30% of the course modules. This ensures that students make a genuine effort to engage with the course material before deciding it’s not right for them.
• Access & Usage: Refunds are only available for students who have not downloaded course materials (PDFs, audio files, etc.) for offline use. This policy is in place to prevent the misuse of our refund offer.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

• Refunds will not be issued for purchases made over 7 days, regardless of course completion status.
• Requests lacking a valid reason for dissatisfaction or those not following the refund policy procedures mentioned will not be eligible for a refund.
• Special promotional offers, discounts, or purchases made through third-party platforms may be subject to different refund policies or may not be refundable.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund

• Email our support team at support@edstate.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course Name]”.
• Include in your email the reason for the refund, your course purchase date, and any feedback you may have.
• You may be asked to fill out a short survey to complete your refund request process.

Processing Refunds

• Upon receiving a refund request that meets our policy conditions, the refund will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Please note, that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

Changes to Refund Policy

• We reserve the right to update or discontinue this refund policy at any time without prior notice, which will be communicated through our website and directly to our users via email.
