These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your use of the services, courses, programs, and
content provided by Edstate Learning Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), having its registered office at
Unit No: 312, 3rd Floor, Parvati Industrial Premises, Sun Mill Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
400013.
By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any other platform (“Services”), you agree to be
legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility
– You must be at least 18 years old to register and use our Services.
– If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
– By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Account Creation & Security
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password,
OTPs).
– Strict Prohibition: Sharing your account or credentials with any other person is not allowed.
– Consequences of Violation:
– Immediate account suspension or termination without refund
– Potential legal action for breach of contract and damages
– We monitor logins for unusual activity (e.g., multiple device/location logins) to detect and prevent misuse.
3. Course Access & Intellectual Property
– All course materials, including videos, PDFs, quizzes, assignments, and recordings, are intellectual property
of Edstate Learning Pvt. Ltd.
– You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content solely
for personal learning.
– You may not:
– Copy, distribute, modify, or share course content
– Record or redistribute any course materials
– Use course materials for commercial purposes without written consent
– Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action, including injunctions and monetary
claims.
4. Payments & Refunds
– All fees must be paid in full before access is granted to any course or program.
– Refunds are governed strictly by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of this Agreement and
binding on all users.

5. Code of Conduct
By using our Services, you agree to:
– Use the platform for lawful purposes only
– Not engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or illegal activities
– Not attempt to bypass security systems or gain unauthorized access
– Not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Violation of these rules may lead to account termination, legal claims, and reporting to authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
– We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our
Services.
– We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform.
– You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software meet our technical
requirements.
7. Third-Party Services
– We may use third-party tools and platforms to deliver our Services (e.g., payment gateways, hosting
providers, video streaming services).
– We are not responsible for the privacy practices or terms of these third parties.
8. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:
– For violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
– For engaging in fraudulent or abusive activities
– Upon request by legal or regulatory authorities
Suspension or termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
– These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
– Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
– Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties shall attempt amicable resolution through written notice.
10. Changes to Terms
– We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
– Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
